Community Youth Jamaica
Founded in 2024 by a team of 20 music, film and television professionals, Community Youth Jamaica (CYJ) was launched to fill the education, training and employment gaps between poorer communities and commercial media.

After over 15 years of experience and grassroots research both in the UK and across a number of parishes in Jamaica, CYJ has developed a program and strategy that will allow those who are often deemed hard to reach, teach or work with. Working right across the film, music and entertainment industries CYJ has a work based solution to developing skills and talents both in front and behind the camera.
